The Program Director's Report is submitted monthly to the Shelby County Head Start Administrative Office. The Director's Report provides information on key program performance and compliance indicators. It also gives our program an opportunity to report accomplishments and milestones achieved. This same information is shared with our Policy Committee, the Goodwill Homes Community Services, Inc. Board of Directores and parents. The Director's Report is used, in part, to help assess overall effectiveness of the county-wide Head Start Program in reaching outcome goals, as well as, identify training or technical assistance needs.
